  • Last night I dreamed that I somehow managed to slaughter my poor fish Sven while attempting to clean out his bowl. I can still see it in my dream-- his poor body just a soggy little orange mass laying at the bottom of the empty bowl. But of course, there he was this morning, happily swimming around his bowl yet. Which in and of itself is a miracle and a mystery to me, seeing as how the past year or so, every pet that I have "gotten my hands on" has consistently given up the ghost within just a short period of bringing joy into my life. Sheesh, what do I have? The touch of death itself, or something as similarily diabolical? But Sven, good ol' dependable Sven, still swimming!

  • Hey Babe!  I miss you too.  And I love you like crazy!!

  • Dear Kellie, we miss your daily postings.  We visit your xanga site almost every day, with great anticipation, sort'a of like waiting for our favorite magazine (in my case "Fine Homebuilding") to arrive in the mail.  Most days, we are rewarded with a fresh, new insight from the pen of the ChocolateMilkMaid . . . but alas, not today.  And this was a very special day, too, because you know who is with us!  We're having a great time, and will all check back tomorrow to see if you've penned another wonderful essay to entertain and inspire us.  If not, oh well, I guess we'll just have to have some more ice cream and ponder what will be your next posting.  B&CP, S&KT.   PS Please tell Karis "thank you" for her wonderful card/note . . . I was blessed. reptx
